Hair Follicle Miniaturisation
Miniaturisation' of the hair and follicle is a process that occurs over a period of time and must be reversed in order to grow strong, healthy hair.If the hair miniaturises down to vellus baby hair then the follicle becomes susceptible to blockages. Conventional products are unable to remove the blockages and progressively less and less hair is able to grow.
(1) Strong Healthy Hair
Strong Healthy adult hair resulting from healthy blood supply and clean healthy scalp.

Keratinisation Zone - this is where the hair hardens.
(3) Vellus Baby Hair Occurring
Vellus Baby Hair - result of the miniaturisation process. As you can see, the hair follicle has shrunk to the point where it is no longer receiving all the required nutrients and oxygen from the blood supply.
This is due to toxins and medications having built up in the body causing the hair to become weak, fragile and susceptible to sebum blockage. Once the entrance to the follicle has become blocked, the new hair is incapable of pushing through the blockage and instead grows back on itself.
This is what has occurred in cases where we see receding hairlines and typical male & female pattern baldness where the scalp becomes clearly visible.
